The Rules and legislation are State based. As any States may allow esigning of Wills we will adapt our system to allow use. However, you need to be aware of the Rules and as a guide only we will update the system and information links as we are aware of them. It is an express term of use and a requirement that you know, and check, and understand as a professional all compliance Rules yourself.

We expressly exclude and limit liability as we are not an advisory service and you are the professional and must check all forms and wills and also know what Rules apply.

  • Victoria
    • - expressly enabled for full remote electronic execution
  • Queensland
    • - using Electronic Transactions Act but all witness and willmaker must be together
  • New South Wales
    • - using Electronic Transactions Act but all witness and willmaker must be together
  • South Australia
    • - using Electronic Transactions Act but all witness and willmaker must be together
  • Western Australia
    • - expressly excludes using Electronic Transactions Act - so not available in WA
  • Tasmania
    • - expressly excludes using Electronic Transactions Act - so not available in Tasmania
  • Northern Territory
    • - expressly excludes using Electronic Transactions Act - so not available in Northern Territory
  • Australian Capital Territory
    • - using Electronic Transactions Act but all witness and willmaker must be together
